Keith Fenwick, Chairman

Keith is Chairman of Anomaly42 and brings 35 years executive experience of the Insurance Sector. Keith has an impressive track record in managing businesses and improving operations and work practices. Prior to joining Anomaly42 he held various senior executive roles in the Marsh Global Group including Chief Executive of the reinsurance business in the UK and COO of their financial and professional businesses. He has also been COO for JLT RE.

Laurence Shaw, Chief Executive Officer

Laurence is a founding partner of Fusion AI Partners, our parent, and CEO of Anomaly42. Laurence has over 25 years executive experience in Financial, IT and business services companies. Prior to founding Fusion AI he was Senior Vice President of International for Keane (NYSE).  Laurence has also held executive positions in Headstrong, Premier Systems and Drexel Burnham Lambert. Anomaly42 is the 5th Cloud business Fusion has launched.

Steve Edkins, Director

A founding partner of Fusion AI Partners and CEO of FusionExperience, Steve has over 25 years experience within the technology sector. Steve has held senior positions in large multi-national corporations and in his previous role as Deputy CEO of DST International he led over 1500 employees and was responsible for global service revenue of over $150m across EMEA operations.

Glenn Giles, President USA

A founding partner of Fusion AI Partners, Glenn has over thirty years of executive and technical leadership experience in Government, IT and Business Services companies. Prior to this, Glenn served as Senior Vice President, North America Sales and Operations for Keane, Inc. which generated $850M of revenue with over 2,000 staff. Glenn has also held executive and senior management positions in Keane Public Sector group, NYNEX Corporation, and AGS Information Services. Working with industry partners and Anomaly42’s Evolution Evangelist, Glenn is bringing our cloud-based Retail SmartData Platform to market and is formulating our cloud platform for Workman’s Compensation Insurance.

Howard is a serial technology entrepreneur, who as well as taking an active role in helping Anomaly42, is an experienced director with roles at a number of companies from tech startups to FTSE100 organisations. Howard brings deep insight in to delivering enterprise grade software and managing growth.
